great staff, but the aircon needs improvement
The staff answered every question I had with a smile, making me feel welcome. My room was spacious and offered a stunning city view from the top floor. I really appreciated having the fridge and safe in the room for convenience.
The air conditioning only had one speed.

rooftop pool views, sky pool experience, gym quality
Water temperature issues are frustrating!!! Door doesn't close automatically, which is quite inconvenient!!! Ants in the kitchen area and food bits left unclean make for an unappealing environment!!! Maintenance is clearly needed!!!

The stay featured a fantastic gym and an inviting sky pool with stunning views over the river. The staff consistently demonstrated warmth and friendliness, enhancing the experience. The room was well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable environment, though it could have included a bit more natural light. Homemade desserts were a delightful touch, enhancing the overall dining experience, despite some limitations in menu selection.

The deluxe double room with a balcony was perfect for relaxation, and I enjoyed the lovely views while sipping coffee in the morning. The rooftop pool was a highlight with stunning sunsets, and the chill sun terrace was great for unwinding. A minor downside was that breakfast wasn't included, but I still found plenty of nearby spots to grab a bite. 🌅
